Scope: TightWire was presented with a user interface being used at the time, that was designed by the server administrator and was cumbersome and rudimentary looking. TightWire work closely with the development team and server administrator to implement the new look for end users.

Description: AT&T Business Direct is a very data intensive tool that is used to supply server tracking data and security alerts to their medium through large business users.
